Dreame Bot W10: Design
The Dreame Bot W10 has a d-shaped design that makes it square at the back, meaning it can get closer to corners. With its dimensions of 13.14 x 12.36 x 4.15 inches, it is one of the largest robot vacuums on the market.
The shiny white robot vacuum showcases three buttons positioned on its top surface. These buttons initiate and cease cleaning operations, activate the spot-cleaning function for concentrated debris areas, and facilitate the vacuum’s return to the charging dock to replenish its battery.
On the back, there are charging terminals that connect the robot to the base. On the right side, there is a wall sensor, and in the center of the mechanical armor, there is an obstacle detection sensor.

Battery life
Battery life gives you 210 minutes of use (3 hours and 30 minutes), but that’s at the lowest power setting. At the highest power, the battery lasts about an hour. But the impressive thing here is that when the vacuum cleaner’s battery level gets too low to continue cleaning, it automatically returns to its base station to recharge.
Setup
The first step in the boot process is to install the Mi Home app available for iOS and Android users. After entering the application, you will see a blank screen if you haven’t connected any other devices. To add a device, press the plus and “add new device”.
Then you have to choose what type of device you connect across multiple categories, in this case, it’s a robot vacuum and then you have to select the model (Dreame Bot W10). By choosing the brand and model, you will receive a short guide of several steps on how to connect your vacuum cleaner to the application.
The first step is to press and hold the spot clean button for about seconds and you should get a voice prompt. The next step is to connect the robot vacuum to your WiFi Network. You can then rename it, which room it will be positioned in, and a bunch of other settings that I’ll leave you to figure out on your own.
Dreame Bot W10: App
The app is called “Mi Home”. When you enter it you will see everything from the Xiaomi ecosystem, including the Dreame Bot W10 (respectively if you have connected it). After you click on the robot, it takes a few seconds to connect and gives you the complete status of the robot vacuum cleaner, as you can see how much battery it has left, how long it has been cleaning, and how much square footage it has cleaned.
The app will automatically separate the different rooms, so you can configure the robot vacuum cleaner to clean, for example, only the living room or the bedrooms. Apart from that, you can set the places where you don’t want it to be cleaned with a mop and wet the surface accordingly. It is essential that to specify that the application will automatically detect where your carpets are positioned.
You can also customize the suction level, and how wet you want the mop pad to be, and you can also set schedules on which day and at what time you want the robot vacuum cleaner to clean your home.
Carpet Cleaning
This remarkable robot vacuum employs advanced technology and powerful suction to lift dirt, dust, and debris from my carpets, leaving them looking and feeling refreshed.
One of the standout features of the Dreame Bot W10’s carpet cleaning capabilities is its ability to adjust its suction power automatically based on the surface it’s cleaning. I’ve also found that the Dream Bot W10’s brush design plays a crucial role in its effectiveness on carpets. Wet Mopping

How to Start Cleaning Smartly with Dreame W10?
Make sure that the robot is fully charged before cleaning. During the cleaning process, don’t move the robot and the self-wash base. The first time you use the robot, you can choose “Fast Mapping” as instructed on the app. The robot will build a map without cleaning.

Attach the mop pads and hear a click. Take out the fresh tank, and add water to the fresh tank. Place the fresh tank into the base. Press the “|>|” button on the self-wash base. The robot will clean the mop pads before cleaning. Wait patiently until the mop pads are cleaned. The robot will start from the base and clean. Don’t manually move the base, fresh tank, waste tank, or washboard while mopping.
How to Clean Dreame W10?
